Scott + 77 is a community of 291 brand-new homes in North Delta, BC, developed by Realco Properties and marketed and sold by KEY Marketing. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information when you visit scott77living.com, enquire about a home, book a showing or sign up for updates.

We are responsible for the personal information we collect and we handle it under British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation, where applicable.
